New Zealand Undergraduate Study Abroad Awards

The New Zealand Undergraduate Study Abroad Awards (NZUSAA) are available to New Zealand undergraduate students who wish to complete part of their qualification overseas. They are available to students enrolled at universities, institutes of technology and polytechnics.

The scholarship is a one-off payment meant to contribute to costs relating to the exchange or study abroad programme, and not to fully cover those costs.  No funds are available for accompanying dependants.

Candidates for the NZUSAA must be nominated by their home institution and may not apply directly to Education New Zealand.  Students who wish to be considered should contact the Student Exchange/Study Abroad Manager at their home institution.

The scholarship is funded by the New Zealand Government and administered by Education New Zealand.
